Return and Exchange Policy

In case the item you have received from us is damaged, defective or not as described on our website, we will replace it at no extra costs to you.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from YalaOmnia, please do the following:

  • Contact our customer service team via the Contact Us Form or send us an e-mail at cs_kuwait@YalaOmnia.com to start the process.
  • We will inform our courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 3 working days, you will pay for the return cost.
  • When your item is picked up and checked, replacement will be provided or store credit will be offered.
