Delivery Policy

Delivery shall be in 1 – 2 working days (from Saturday to Thursday – excluding any public holidays) provided the completeness of address and contact details.

If you need to change your delivery address after you have successfully placed your order, please contact us via Contact Us Form or cs_kuwait@YalaOmnia.com. If your order had already been processed prior to you correcting your address, delivery charges shall be applicable.

A Single order maybe split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and / or weight limits for parcels by the courier/postal company. The cardholder should be aware of the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

In the case the order is delivered to your address and rejected by the customer, delivery charges shall be applicable.
