How do I start shopping online with YalaOmnia?

For step-by-step shopping instructions, please follow the progression below:

When you have found a Product on kuwait.YalaOmnia that you would like to buy, please click on the product image this will take you to the product page then click the button labelled “add to cart”. This will add your Product to a virtual “shopping cart”.

To view what’s in your virtual shopping cart, click on the button labelled “view cart”.

To remove a Product from your virtual shopping cart, click on the button labelled “x” on the right of your browser screen by the product.

To add more Products to your virtual shopping cart, click on the Shop button on the main menu.

To pay for the Products in your virtual shopping cart at any time, click the button labelled ” check out”.

When you click the ” check out” button, you will be asked to provide various information necessary to process your order and deliver the Product(s) to you.

You can provide this information by filling in the fields requested on the screen.
All highlighted fields must be completed. We respect your right to privacy and will only use any information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To shop with greater ease with us online, register one-time to save your details so that you will not have to re-enter your personal information again on your next session.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

To ensure a safe payment procedure, our website uses Secure Trading for a reliable and secure internet payment gateway.

Do I need to register and set up an account to shop?

It is not mandatory to register. you can complete your purchases as a guest However, if you choose to we will retain your contact details, which will be retrieved when you login on your next visit. Please note that due to security reasons, we will not retain your card details.

What if there are missing or wrong items when I receive my order?

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at cs_kuwait@yalaomnia.com and quote your transaction reference number. Our customer service is open from Sunday to Saturday, 9am to 8.30pm We will endeavour to reply to your query within 2 working days and we will advise you on what to do next.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order requirement.  Delivery charges will remain as specified.
